As a keen cyclist he knows first-hand the joy of exercising and he is passionate about spreading the word on the need to be active but also the importance of sleep, rest and recovery. He’ll discuss:

Explorer Dr Garry Savin of Preventicum has made over 21,000 health assessments here and around the developing world, specialising in disease prevention & preventive medicine. His expertise ranges across surgery, oncology, Accident & Emergency medicine, psychiatry, paediatrics, obstetrics, gynaecology and preventive medicine. Dr Savin has travelled extensively and has been Expedition Doctor on over a dozen expeditions to remote areas of the developing world including Nepal, India, Mongolia, the Amazon jungle and Borneo.
Natasha Price of Central Health Physiotherapy worked in professional Rugby with London Irish RFC and is particularly experienced in shoulders, spines and work-related MSK issues. She has been in the media commenting on her profession (including the BBC series Saints and Scoundrels) and regularly lectures on shoulder problems on the GP and physio circuit. She’ll discuss:
