KEEPING HAPPY AND HEALTHY AS WE RETURN TO WORK
Our health and wellbeing has naturally been in the spotlight over the last 18 months and it will remain so. Our world has changed. Our businesses have changed. And we have changed. To help maintain our health through the combined challenges of a new work/life balance, changing working practices and fresh market opportunities and threats, we’ve prioritised bringing together our Chancery Lane gurus to share what they see as the health issues we’ll face and the important moves we’ll need to make.
They’ll discuss boosting immunity through fitness and nutrition, taking regular health checks and look at the pandemic’s side-effects, for example weight gain and stress. They’ll help us to maintain our health and wellbeing for whatever lies ahead.
Our Panel:
Dr Fatima Butt – Bupa’s Lead Physician
Natasha Price – Central Health Physiotherapy’s Founder, Owner and Managing Director
Dr Reem Hasan – Preventicum’s Medical Director
Andy Page – Pure Sports Medicine’s Clinical Manager and Strength & Conditioning Coach
Jonathan Williams – URBANFITNESS London’s Co-Owner and Director
Our facilitator will once again be Rob Kemp, a successful journalist specialising in health and fitness, fatherhood and sports writing.
About our host:
The Chancery Lane Association (CLA) was set up in 2006 to provide an important voice in the evolution of Chancery Lane and the immediate area. The CLA comprises local owners, occupiers, institutions and interest groups and is an important conduit for all involved to express their vision for the area.
